* Base pricing includes a 12 sheets / 24 pages 80 lbs paper stock calendar (inside) and 8-pt card stock cover, stapled and folded, displaying 12-month (1 month on 2 pages when opened), 4 colour process imprint on cover and one 4 colour process image for each month. Choose from our 3 different models available in French, English or bilingual. MODEL 1 CAM1116S1 - Choose 12 different square shaped stock images from our website. MODEL 2 CAM1116S2 - Supply 12 square shaped custom images. MODEL 3 CAM1116S3 - Supply ready-to-print artwork.

* Additional Charges: 
* Add $150.00 for printed pre-production sample (each) (50% deductible with order)
