* Overruns / Underruns: We reserve the right to ship up to 5% over or under the ordered quantity.

* Colour Match: $49 per colour. On stress balls, due to the colour of the product influencing the colour of the ink, we cannot guarantee an exact match. In addition, the darker background colours will affect the brightness of the imprint. However, we will endeavor to match as closely as possible.

* Printing Restrictions: Cannot print Reds, Oranges, and Yellows on Black Products. Cannot Print Yellows on Blue Products. Cannot print White on Silver Products.
