In order to offer better pricing quantities of 50+ are made overseas. 
Quantities of 50 less are made in house but offer less finishing options and pricing is more.

For quantities over 50 - Prices include Merrowed Edge, or Laser Cut with Heat Seal Backing
For quantities less than 50 - Prices include Satin Stitch Edge and Scissors cut with some restrictions to shape

For PVC, Chenille, and Bullions please request a quote. Minimum is 50 pieces per design.

* You can calculate the size of your custom embroidered patch using the following formula. (Length + Width) ÷ 2 = Size - Example: (4” width + 3” Height) ÷ 2 = 3.5”
